Our seafood comes from the pristine offshore waters of the Indian Ocean, Timor Sea and Arafura Sea.

 

Immediately on capture the fish are immersed in chilled saltwater brine to reduce core temperature and then packed into sealed fish bins for below deck storage in FDC refrigerated fish rooms.
